Cancellation policy:

We appreciate you as a client, and are grateful you have chosen us for your skincare, massage and wellness needs!

We understand that situations arise in life, that are unavoidable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of that fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. If you feel sick, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged the cancellation fee. If you are 10 or more minutes late we may not be able to perform the full session that was scheduled, but will do our very best to accommodate you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Please contact us for assistance.
